Building Business


The new administration is devoted to growing business and creating jobs. The dream of building businesses is what our country is built on, and what makes our economy flourish. The current trend is towards entrepreneurship and small business. Yet, so many businesses fail. There are issues around hiring more employees, providing healthcare, and affording taxes and fees to keep a business going and growing. Also, we have seen large companies such as Google set up abroad. It’s apparent that incentives are a part of the equation to keep business booming in the U.S.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, about 20 percent of small businesses fail in their first year, while 50 percent of small businesses fail in their fifth year. We can see why the first few years of a start-up are so critical to strongly building business. The health of business in relation to the health of the economy is top of mind for most Americans.
